EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

At Unique Bunny, we strive to provide the best customer experience possible. Please read the following information carefully to ensure that you understand our Return and Exchange Policy.

Non-Refundable & Exchangeable Items:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for products under the following categories for hygiene reasons: Skincare and Cosmetics, Beauty Products and Accessories, Socks & Slippers, and Food & Snacks.

Quality Issues:

We will consider exchanges for unopened and non-hygienic items if there is a quality issue. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide the original receipt or membership purchase record.

Sale and Discounted Items:

All Sale and Discounted items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

General Rules:

Return/exchange requests are permitted within 7 days of receiving the product. Item(s) purchased online can be returned exclusively by mail. The purchased items must be in their original state: unopened, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, intact packaging, and with all original tags attached.

Shipping and Handling Fees:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable once tracking information is generated. Unique Bunny is not responsible for any additional return shipping and handling fees made.
