On a cleansed nose, apply the nose strip (Step 1) for 10 minutes. Remove and use a cotton pad to gently wipe any remaining sebum from the nose. Dampen the skin and apply Step 2. After 10-15 minutes, or when the strip is dry, remove the strip. Apply Step 3 for 5-10 minutes and remove, tapping any remaining essence into the skin.
