Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over $79 pre-tax within Canada, $99 pre-tax to the USA, and over $199 pre-tax to the Canadian provinces of Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut.

We currently do not ship outside of these countries. 

All orders under the free shipping parametres will be subject to flat rate shipping costs.

Policies

  • Unique Bunny is not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, stolen, unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable. No refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be issued for these circumstances.
  • Packages returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses may incur additional fees for re-delivery. If a refund is requested, all incurred transit costs, including original shipping, return shipping, and applicable taxes will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • For parcels delivered to outdoor community mailboxes, please retrieve your package promptly to avoid weather-related damage. Unique Bunny is not responsible for items compromised due to weather conditions.
  • Unique Bunny only ships out small orders to PO Boxes. All larger items must be sent to a residence or place of business.
  • For parcels held at the nearest post office, please collect your package promptly as per the delivery notice card instructions. Unclaimed parcels returned to us may incur additional fees for re-delivery. If a refund is requested, original shipping and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • For the security of orders valued at $200 or more, all packages will require a signature upon delivery. This ensures your items are delivered safely and reduces the risk of loss or theft.
  • Unique Bunny is not responsible for customs duties, fees, taxes, and brokerage fees for parcels shipped outside of Canada. If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned to sender due to non-payment of customs duties, taxes, or related fees, the order will not be eligible for a refund of shipping costs. Additionally, any return shipping fees, customs charges, or handling fees incurred will be deducted from any refundable amount. In some cases, no refund may be issued if the parcel is not successfully returned to us. By placing an international order, customers acknowledge and accept responsibility for all applicable customs charges and understand that refusal to pay these charges forfeits the right to a full refund.
  • Delivery times are estimates and do not account for delays due to holidays, customs clearance, extreme weather, natural disasters, postal strikes, or unforeseen circumstances. We will assist with shipping delays but cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages delivered outside the estimated timeframe.
