Is the Canmake Just for Me Palette compatible with other brands?

This palette is specifically engineered to securely hold Canmake My Tone Couture shades. While other magnetic or pan-based products may physically fit, the click-in system is precision-moulded to ensure the specific dimensions of Canmake products remain stable and safe during travel.

Does the palette come with the brush?

No, the palette includes a dedicated storage space for the Buddy Duo Brush, which is sold separately. This design choice allows you to use the high-quality brush you already own or purchase the specific applicator that best suits your routine.

How many shades can I fit into one palette?

The palette is designed with four modular slots. You can customise your layout by adding anywhere from one to four My Tone Couture pans, giving you full control over how many colours you carry with you each day.

Will my shades fall out if I drop the palette?

The secure click-in mechanism is designed to hold pans firmly in place, even during transit. This robust system provides significantly more stability than standard magnetic palettes, keeping your powders protected against minor knocks and drops.

Can I easily swap shades for different occasions?

Absolutely. The non-adhesive design means you can quickly swap, upgrade, or reorder your shades whenever your look demands a change. Simply lift the pan out using the side notch and click in your preferred new shade to update your collection in an instant.

Is the palette durable enough for daily use?

Yes, the casing is manufactured from durable, high-impact materials that withstand the rigours of daily commutes and frequent travel. Its sturdy construction ensures that your makeup remains in pristine condition, regardless of how often you open or move your palette.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over $79 pre-tax within Canada, $99 pre-tax to the USA, and over $199 pre-tax to the Canadian provinces of Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut.

We currently do not ship outside of these countries.

Policies

• Unique Bunny is not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, stolen, unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable. No refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be issued for these circumstances.
• Packages returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses may incur additional fees for re-delivery. If a refund is requested, all incurred transit costs, including original shipping, return shipping, and applicable taxes will be deducted from the refund amount.
• For parcels delivered to outdoor community mailboxes, please retrieve your package promptly to avoid weather-related damage. Unique Bunny is not responsible for items compromised due to weather conditions.
• Unique Bunny only ships out small orders to PO Boxes. All larger items must be sent to a residence or place of business.
• For parcels held at the nearest post office, please collect your package promptly as per the delivery notice card instructions. Unclaimed parcels returned to us may incur additional fees for re-delivery. If a refund is requested, original shipping and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
• For the security of orders valued at $200 or more, all packages will require a signature upon delivery. This ensures your items are delivered safely and reduces the risk of loss or theft.
• Unique Bunny is not responsible for customs duties, fees, taxes, and brokerage fees for parcels shipped outside of Canada. If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned to sender due to non-payment of customs duties, taxes, or related fees, the order will not be eligible for a refund of shipping costs. Additionally, any return shipping fees, customs charges, or handling fees incurred will be deducted from any refundable amount. In some cases, no refund may be issued if the parcel is not successfully returned to us. By placing an international order, customers acknowledge and accept responsibility for all applicable customs charges and understand that refusal to pay these charges forfeits the right to a full refund.

We will assist with shipping delays but cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages delivered outside the estimated timeframe.
