I would like to recognize a female associate who assisted us on Thursday, October 1, around closing time at the McPhillips location. I unfortunately did not catch her name, but I hope management can identify her based on the date, time, and details of our interaction.
What impressed us most was her response when we were looking for an item that was not currently available in the store (Round Lab Birch Moisturizer). Rather than simply saying it was out of stock, she explained that customer feedback is considered for future inventory and assured us that our feedback would be passed along.
As a customer, it is actually nice to feel heard. Not many retailers or associates take the time to listen, acknowledge feedback, and make customers feel that their input matters. As an added bonus, she had samples of the product we were looking for, which was incredibly helpful.
Overall, the experience was outstanding and a great example of the kind of customer service that builds customer loyalty. Thank you for going above and beyond.
