Will this dye damage my hair?

Kao Liese Prettia is formulated to minimise dryness by including silk essence and royal jelly extract. While all permanent dyes involve chemical processing, the conditioning agents work to keep hair fibres feeling soft and resilient, and the included aftercare pack further helps to restore moisture and shine.

How long does the colour last?

The vibrancy and longevity depend on your hair's porosity and your care routine, but this formula is designed for durable, long-lasting results. Using colour-protecting shampoos and maintaining the health of your hair will help the multi-dimensional tones remain rich and vivid for weeks.

Is there a strong smell when using this dye?

No, the formula features a gentle, pleasant fragrance that avoids the harsh, stinging ammonia scent found in many traditional home dyes, making the application process significantly more comfortable.

Can I use this on already colour-treated hair?

This kit is generally designed for virgin hair or for refreshing previous colours. If your hair has been heavily processed, it is recommended to perform a strand test first to ensure the desired colour result and to assess how your hair reacts to the formula.

How many boxes do I need for my hair length?

If your hair is shoulder-length or longer, or if your hair is particularly thick, it is highly recommended to use two full boxes to ensure enough foam is available to fully saturate every strand for an even, consistent result.

• Unique Bunny is not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, stolen, unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable. No refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be issued for these circumstances.
• Packages returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses may incur additional fees for re-delivery. If a refund is requested, all incurred transit costs, including original shipping, return shipping, and applicable taxes will be deducted from the refund amount.
• For parcels delivered to outdoor community mailboxes, please retrieve your package promptly to avoid weather-related damage. Unique Bunny is not responsible for items compromised due to weather conditions.
• Unique Bunny only ships out small orders to PO Boxes. All larger items must be sent to a residence or place of business.
• For parcels held at the nearest post office, please collect your package promptly as per the delivery notice card instructions. Unclaimed parcels returned to us may incur additional fees for re-delivery. If a refund is requested, original shipping and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
• For the security of orders valued at $200 or more, all packages will require a signature upon delivery. This ensures your items are delivered safely and reduces the risk of loss or theft.
• Unique Bunny is not responsible for customs duties, fees, taxes, and brokerage fees for parcels shipped outside of Canada. If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned to sender due to non-payment of customs duties, taxes, or related fees, the order will not be eligible for a refund of shipping costs. Additionally, any return shipping fees, customs charges, or handling fees incurred will be deducted from any refundable amount. In some cases, no refund may be issued if the parcel is not successfully returned to us. By placing an international order, customers acknowledge and accept responsibility for all applicable customs charges and understand that refusal to pay these charges forfeits the right to a full refund.
