Shipping Terms

• Unique Bunny is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, refused, abandoned, unclaimed, or undeliverable parcels.
• Orders returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect may be subject to reshipping fees. If a refund is approved, the original shipping cost, return shipping charges, and any applicable fees will be deducted.
• Orders over $200 require a signature upon delivery.

United States Orders

If customs charges are not paid and the parcel is refused, abandoned, or returned, shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs charges, and any related carrier fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any eligible refund. In many cases, no refund can be issued if the parcel is abandoned or not returned to us.
