• Canada: Free on orders over $79 CAD (pre-tax)
• United States: Free on orders over $99 USD (pre-tax)
• Northwest Territories, Yukon & Nunavut: Free on orders over $199 CAD (pre-tax)

We currently ship to Canada and the United States only.

Flat Rate Shipping

• Manitoba: $9.95 CAD
• Alberta, Ontario, Quebec, Saskatchewan: $14.95 CAD
• British Columbia, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island: $18.95 CAD
• United States: $19.99 USD

Shipping Terms

• Unique Bunny is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, refused, abandoned, unclaimed, or undeliverable parcels.
• Orders returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect may be subject to reshipping fees. If a refund is approved, the original shipping cost, return shipping charges, and any applicable fees will be deducted.
• Orders over $200 require a signature upon delivery.

United States Orders

Customers are fully responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other import charges. These fees are determined by U.S. Customs and are not collected by Unique Bunny.

If customs charges are not paid and the parcel is refused, abandoned, or returned, shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs charges, and any related carrier fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any eligible refund. In many cases, no refund can be issued if the parcel is abandoned or not returned to us.

By placing a U.S. order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for all customs and import charges.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, weather, holidays, carrier delays, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
