Marutai Kurume Tonkotsu Ramen

The Marutai Kurume Tonkotsu Ramen provides a rich and satisfying bowl, inspired by the renowned tonkotsu broth from Kurume, Japan. The soup is made with pork bone, onions, ginger, and soy sauce, creating a deep, savoury taste with a hint of natural sweetness. The noodles are made using a special non-fried, non-steamed method, giving them a fresh texture similar to handmade ramen. Instructions:

Bring 500ML of water to a boil (or 1L if you're making both servings). Place the ramen in the boiling pot and cook for three minutes. Turn off the heat and place both sachets into the pot, stirring well. Serve immediately.
