• 对于暂存在最近邮局的包裹，请按照投递通知卡上的说明及时领取。无人认领的包裹退回后，可能需要支付重新投递的额外费用。如需退款，我们将从退款金额中扣除原始运费和退回运费。
• 为了保障价值200美元及以上订单的安全，所有包裹均需收件人签收。这可以确保您的物品安全送达，并降低丢失或被盗的风险。
• Unique Bunny不对寄往加拿大境外的包裹的关税、费用、税款和报关费负责。如果包裹因未支付关税、税款或相关费用而被拒收、放弃或退回寄件人，则该订单将不予退还运费。此外，任何退货运费、关税或手续费将从可退款金额中扣除。在某些情况下，如果包裹未能成功退回，则可能无法退款。客户下单国际订单即表示承认并接受所有适用的关税费用，并理解拒付这些费用将导致丧失获得全额退款的权利。
• 预计送达时间仅供参考，并不包括节假日、海关清关、极端天气、自然灾害、邮政罢工或其他不可预见的情况造成的延误。我们会协助处理延误的包裹，但对于超出预计送达时间的包裹，我们无法提供退款或补发服务。
